1. Returns Policy

Returns are generally not accepted, as our team provides detailed assistance and product information before you complete your purchase. However, returns will be accepted only if:

All products are carefully inspected and approved before shipping.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.
• The item should be sent through a reliable courier service.
• The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by us.

Requests received after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be eligible for return consideration.
